After ordering, the it took a lot time to arrive, about two months, the StingSpark was still on pre-order…so, it took its time.
The package, pieces and tools are of good quality. The assembly manual is also good and very detailed, but you really need to pay attention on details, to assemble all parts correctly. This was my first models, so had to learn the hard way… going back sometimes!
There was an issue with sending the wrong part, got an SC2-35 instead of an SC3-35, witch did not allowed me to assemble the tail part. After an email, that had a quick response, the correct part was shipped to me and arrived in one week.
After assembled the model is better than I anticipated, what a beautiful piece!
I’m really happy with it and will be buying two more.
Just would improve the shipping times.
Took longer to deliver than it said it would- arrived well after Christmas sadly. My son has not finished building it yet, components are very small and fiddly he says. I keen to see it finished
Building was really fun and took a long time as I'm a beginner. Only 4 stars because I had to order new pieces since some didn't fit right. Which took about 2 weeks to arrive. Uhh guys also, when it says not to screw too tightly on the magnets, actually listen because I broke a magnet in half🥀 but they came with spares luckily
The final product was good and although frustrating for the person to build, due to the complexity of it, the result is great.
Problem is I ordered it a month before Christmas, on a 21day delivery.
The gift never arrived till the New Year - February, so I'm not impressed with the postage estimates and will probably never buy again due to this unfortunately.
I didnt know if it was lost in the post or just delayed.
