1. How do I find the correct guide for my model?

Check the product name or SKU on your packaging, order confirmation or product page, then enter it in the search field above. Make sure the product version matches before starting.

2. Are the tools needed for assembly included?

Most kits include the basic tools needed for assembly, such as a screwdriver and needle-nose pliers. Please check the “What’s Included” section on the individual product page for exact details.

3. Do Mostarle models require glue or soldering?

No. Mostarle models are assembled mechanically using screws, nuts and fitted metal components, with no glue or soldering required.

4. What should I do if a part is missing or damaged?

Stop at the affected step and submit a replacement-parts request. Include your order number, product name, part number and a clear photo so our support team can identify the correct component.

5. What if I get stuck during assembly?
