1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Peak Season Notice
During high-volume periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and New Year, processing times may be extended due to increased order volume.
In these cases, orders may require additional handling time (up to 1021 business days) before shipment.

3. Address & Delivery Information

3.1 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order has already shipped, the carrier may be unable to reroute the package.
  • In such cases, customers may need to contact the local carrier directly.
  • MOSTARLE is not responsible for delays or delivery failure caused by incorrect address information.

If a package becomes undeliverable due to address issues, additional reshipping fees may apply.

 


 

3.2 Unreachable Recipient / Uncollected Packages

If delivery attempts are unsuccessful or the package is not collected from a designated pickup location:

  • The parcel may be returned to the sender or considered unclaimed.
  • Returned packages cannot be resent free of charge.
  • Any refund issued (if applicable) will exclude shipping fees.

 


 

3.3 Packages Returned Due to Customer-Related Issues

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Delivery refusal
  • Failure to collect the package

Then:

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • Reshipping (if requested) will incur additional shipping charges
  • Refunds, if approved, will exclude all shipping fees

 

4. Lost or Significantly Delayed Packages

All shipments include tracking numbers and are insured.

If your tracking information shows no updates for an extended period, please contact us at support@mostarle.com.

  • We will assist in opening an investigation with the logistics provider.
  • If the carrier confirms the package as lost, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

 

5. Potential Delays

Shipping times may be affected by factors outside our control, including:

  • Holiday seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.)
  • Customs inspections and clearance
  • Weather conditions
  • Local carrier delays

While these situations are beyond our direct control, we will always do our best to support you and provide timely updates.
