Lors d'un séjour en famille dans un chalet, les garçons et une fille se sont partagé le montage de ces cinq pièces, choisis en fonction du temps qu'ils voulaient y consacrer. Ils nous ont demandé de refaire l'expérience l'an prochain, avec de nouveaux modèles. Les pièces de verre et les aimants sont plus fragiles que les pièces de métal. Le tournevis électrique acheté sur le site Mostarle a été très utilisé. Produits fiables, très esthétiques. Excellent service après vente. Je recommande sans réserve.

I'm giving 4 stars, and that's only because it took quite a while for delivery and I wasn't kept up-to-date, not receiving responses to my email requests. At one point I thought I'd been scammed as I hadn't heard from them.
Understandably, Mostarle's reason for no response was because they were overwhelmed with orders for Christmas, 2025.
I have to say when product finally arrived, I was impressed with the presentation box. It looks stunning and worth waiting for. I would urge Mostarle to invest in staff to respond to customers queries, keeping them updated if there are any possible delays. It would make a great difference to the customer experience.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my nephew. He absolutely LOVED it. I wasn't thrilled that it took almost 8 weeks for the package to arrive. However, I was blown away by the quality and detail of every piece.
I ordered this as a christmas present, sadly it took over five weeks to arrive so not in time for christmas.
The person I gave it to did love it though and really enjoyed putting it all together. Said it was good quality and good instructions.
The item itself was fantastic (he loved it). However, it arrived after Christmas despite me ordering it in plenty of time. It had said 10- 15 days and I ordered in November so it should have arrived in time.
It was impossible to track properly/ get hold of customer service.
I would not have ordered this had I known the true delivery time
This kit had lots of pieces outright missing, or the wrong pieces in the bags. The look of the completed models is great, assuming you can actually finish them. But we had to substitute other parts or source our own to finish this kit. If all the pieces had been there (and the correct ones in the bags), it’d be five stars. But I’m being generous giving it a three with all the hassle we had to deal with.
