Adorable little model, I really like how it glows.
I had one issue though: Piece B7 did not have a hole wide enough, so the dedicated screw (SC2) did not fit trough. I had to widen the hole myself using a drill.
The pieces are extremely small - just to be forewarned. Directions were good, several steps were a little tricky but overall it was easy enough to follow. I did over tighten 1 screw and it broke, so I had to pinch hit with the leftover pieces… wish there had been an extra of that 1 screw, but there wasn’t, and nobody would be able to tell. It’s fun enough and it’s cool enough, don’t know that I’ll make another one ever, but maybe.
Took a while to arrive but to be fair it was coming up to Christmas when I ordered. I ordered it in November and got it in time for Christmas) it was also on back order. However when I gave it to my husband as a gift he loved it. It was well put together, good quality components and all components were there. I loved that they were already labelled and bagged so you don’t have to do the sorting yourself. It’s well worth the money and I’m already thinking about the next one to get for my husband as he enjoyed it so much.
Overall fun experience. The building manual could be updated to be more precise, especially to note the directions of magnetic pieces. The final result is also very nice.
I bought the Nebula Astronaut with a glass dome. The Astronaut itself is amazing and was great to assemble. However, the bottom part that holds the batteries was missing from the box so now it looks unfinished…I have been trying to reach out via email several times but no response :( which is quite disappointing, ruins the experience and now the product itself is incomplete. I have no idea what it could have looked like with lights on. :(

Came with every part and then some! Much appreciated as I cracked a couple magnets but thankfully had spare.
I didn't use all the parts as per instructions as a couple washers wouldn't fit on the model with the length of the longer screws provided.
I wish the platform was USB powered, but hopefully i can modify it to become that.
My daughter loves this product but still working on getting it together. She wants to go into aeronautics so having the opportunity to build items like this is so much fun for her!
Very cool product. I purchased this for my wife for her office at an engineering firm. All components are great quality. Instructions and images are very easy to follow.
The shipping was rather slow but the item was just as advertised. My grandchild found it challenging and fun to put together. Could have used a little bit more instruction on tightening the screws.
Would definitely order again.
The kit was very well labelled, however some parts wherever very small and difficult to assemble with two large adult hands.
Also, it's disappointing that the figurine isn't secured on its display base. Perhaps a magnetic base to avoid it from tipping over whenever the display light switch is turned on. Just a thought.
Other than that, it was frustratingly fun to build.
Fun to build. Dont need a ton of experience to build, there was only a couple steps that were a little difficult. But overall very fun and didn’t take long
The product is great! Good quality and detailed instructions. Customer service isn’t as good! Delivery was supposed to be 14-21 days, but the order wasn’t shipped for weeks meaning the present was two week later than expected. I emailed at least 5 time but received no reply to any of them. Would I buy again? Yes! But I would make sure I added weeks onto the expected delivery time to not be disappointed.
My son loved it! took 3 hours to make and it looked awesome, the only downside for us was the delivery of the item taking so long and only just getting here in time, but we understand things happen........the only other issue we have is the tiny magnets that hold the piece up straight, broke straight away, so if replacements could be sent out we would appreciate that thank you as it won't now stand straight.........
A lot of fun to put together. Everything we needed was in the package. It looks amazing and high quality. Friends didn't believe we put it together ourselves. I would highly recommend it!
