I really enjoyed this build! I’m a miniaturist, woodworking mostly. I do small scale furniture for architectural projects & museums. I have the skill set, and all sorts of tools, but it was fun working with completely different materials.
Working with metal, for me, seldom goes beyond making the odd set of 1/12 scale hinges, so all the little bits and pieces are well out of my wheelhouse
Takes patience and fine fingers skills but the reward is a fun build and amazing model. Every part was present (as well as some spares). No need for tweaking any parts or sanding.
Brilliant quality and weight to the scorpion!
Side note: the don’t screw in the magnets too hard….
Loved the whole process! Shipping was also relatively fast, considering it comes from china (to Germany).
Well packaged and the manual was super easy to understand! Also came with enough spare parts in case something fell into the abyss (under my desk)

Definitely get the electric screwdriver on your first set, its mandatory, like it's literally not possible unless you have screwdrivera but I have to say wery fun to build, I build a lot so it took about 3-5 hours for some longer or less but definitely recommended. If it's a gift make sure that the person has patience or they'll throw it. 10/10 made me cry once
A great build lots of fun I should have built the scorpion before I tackled the spider 🕷️. These builds are great value and certainly test one's patience at times .Bring on the next one.
Une première pour moi ce type de montage et certainement pas le dernier ! J'ai adoré suivre chacune des étapes du manuel (qui sont très bien détaillée),on se plonge très rapidement dedans. Un côté addictif, lorsque j'ai terminé une partie je voulais absolument continuer les autres.
Très bonne expérience que je renouvellerai avec des montages encore plus complexes.
I’m liking the magnet final construction, more and more lately, but they are quite brittle if over tightening ☹️ This was an enjoyable build with good clear instructions. It’s very addictive building these amazing pieces of art, my collection grows by the weeks , I just love it.
The magnets broke too easily when tightening into the acorn S2. Then the leg magnets wouldn't support the weight and had to be super glued in place which was okay. Hard project but good for dexterity building.
Bought this for my husband. He really enjoyed making it. Easy to follow instructions. Great quality and it looks fantastic. Will definitely order another one.
I purchased 2 sets for Christmas, I asked my grandsons how they liked them. With mild enthusiasm they responded it’s hard because the parts are so small. They are 13 & 10 years of age.
Made a great christmas present. Arrived a bit after christmas but they still loved it. I know some of the online reviews are pretty derogatory but the items all arrived in really good shape. Just be patient.
It was a Birthday gift and the person loved it. The packet did arrive in good condition.
I would like to see that there wil be more variaty of different kind objects to choose from(But that is personal.)
Unfotuinatly the electric behind spider was sold out otherwise i would have bought it along side the Rage Scorpion.
It's a great model and very good instructions, my only problem and it is a major one, is that it is held together with magnets, which makes it weak and prone to falling apart, shame really
